Returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods and the service we provide. 
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue an exchange or credit note excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.

Items on sale are non refundable or exchangeable.

Please note:

  • There are no returns on SALE items. SALE items are final.

  • You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order.

  • We will process your return within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement.

Before you send back your return please ensure the following:
  • That you have your number attached to arrange exchange or credit.

  • Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items will not be exchanged unless they have remained in their original condition with tags attached, items must not be soiled damaged or smell of smoke, or perfume, please ensure that no makeup marks are on garments when they are returned.

  • All faulty – Damaged Items must be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving the garment.
